M-MLV Reverse Transcriptase
M-MLV Reverse Transcriptase
Product Usage
M-MLV reverse transcriptase, derived from Moloney Murine Leukemia Virus, is an RNA-dependent DNA polymerase with lower RNase H activity, tolerant to reverse transcription in high-salt environments, and can be used for reverse transcription of RNA templates with secondary structures to enhance affinity for the template. It is particularly suitable for one-step isothermal amplification at 37-42°C, and can be used for first-strand cDNA synthesis, second-strand cDNA synthesis, RNA primer extension, RT-PCR, RT-qPCR, RT-RAA, and cDNA library construction.
